Does your job need?

  • Drainage plan?

  • Demolition? Does it need to be hauled off?

  • Irrigation plans or repairs?

  • Steps? Do they conform to code requirements?

  • Retaining Walls?

Does your bid include?

  • Concrete thickness minimum to be at least 4″ and PSI of 3000

  • Rebar minimum set 2 foot on center each way, at least 3/8″ in diameter

  • Expansion joints minimum of 10 foot on center each way

Does your Contractor have?

  • Current Ca. Contractors License

  • Current Bond

  • Current Liability Insurance

  • Current Worker’s Compensation Insurance

  • Minimum 10 years experience
